Delivery of your goods
Reflex-Nutrition Ireland uses Fastway couriers and DPD for delivering your orders safely.
Fastway offer great technology which allows us to track and trace your parcel every step along the way right from when the parcel is picked up at our Warehouse until it is signed for at your door. http://www.fastway.ie/courier-services/track-your-parcel
It is of the up most importance that we try to get your parcel delivered on the first attempt. This way everyone is happy.
Here are some suggestions on how we can make this happen:
- · Provide your most updated Mobile or Telephone Number.
- · Your most recent Email address,
(Fastway Tracking Info is sent to your email after 5pm on day of dispatch, Email Title is "Freight Dispatch")
- Please ensure that someone is home to sign for the parcel. (This can be you or a friend or family member)
If that’s not possible……..
- Arrange to have your delivery sent to your workplace;
If that’s no good………………..
- Or better still you may know of a trusted neighbour who would be able to sign for your package.

Hopefully one of these options will apply to you and we will be able to get your package delivered on the 1st attempt.
Reflex-Nutrition Ireland reserves the right to amend any shipping costs that have been incorrectly selected. For example; any person in the United Kingdom/BFPO/Channel Islands/Europe who does not select the correct shipping charge will have this amount automatically added to their order at the charging stage.
Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be charged €9.99 if we make a collection on their behalf.
Whilst we do try to keep all our info pages polite and friendly, for legal reasons brought about by a minority of our customers, we do need to state that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. In no way can Reflex-Nutrition Ireland or Fastway be held liable for failed deliveries unless either of those parties has been negligent in their duty to deliver.
